Video Production

UpStream Video is the division that will produce your video advertisement. Since this is a relatively new advertising technology, we will walk you through it and ensure everything runs smoothly. We want you to be completely comfortable with the process and satisfied with your advertisement.

Video Production Process

1. Fill out your information on the Contact page.
2. We will call you and set up a meeting.
3. We sit down with you to go over your thoughts and ideas for your advertisement. If you don’t have any ideas, we will present you with some options.
4. We will put together an estimate of costs*
5. We will present you with a video file of the spot. Once approved, this spot will start airing the following month. Spots need to be approved by the 15th of the month to make it on the reel for the following month.
6. You receive a final copy of the file which you can use on your own website, or any purpose you chose.

 

*Costs for production vary on the length of the spot and the complexity of the elements (photos or video, etc.). This process generally takes four weeks from beginning to end. However, many variables can affect this timeframe including, but not limited to:
a) Waiting for elements from client (logos, etc).
b) Amount of time to get approvals.
c) Amount of work coming in.
